Full of favourite Indian flavours, we've created fluffy, saffron sponge cake. Covered with a delicious mango puree and whipped coconut cream with pistachios for the crunch. A splash of rose water and a touch of cardamom. Vegan, gluten-free, and no guilt.
Made with almond flour, tapioca flour, mango, coconut milk, organic apple cider vinegar, non-gmo potato starch, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut milk, organic extra virgin coconut oil, apples, cashews, cardamom, saffron, organic agave syrup & Himalayan salt.
Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg & refined sugar-free. Contains nuts.
