Carrot Halwa Cake
Full of favorite Indian flavors, we've created a fluffy cardamom, saffron & raisin cake. At the heart of the cake is a soft and fresh carrot halwa, topped with crunchy cashews. No oil and no guilt, so you can have the happiest of Diwalis!
Made with almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut milk, organic apple cider vinegar, non-gmo potato starch, organic coconut sugar, carrots, apples, cashews, cardamom, saffron, organic agave syrup & Himalayan salt.
Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Best served warm.
Freezer instructions: Store these mini cakes in an airtight container for upto 1 month in the freezer. To defrost, microwave for 30 seconds or until they’re just warm.
Gluten, dairy, soy & refined sugar-free. Contains nuts, and a very small amount of baking powder, which may contain less than a pinch of corn.
